upload database error

Im using Coppermine 1.4.5 and integrate with SMF 1.0.7

I've just moving to a new host and everything is fine just only that my members is unable to upload a photo.

Here is the screen shot of error :

Anyone please kindly help me on this issue  :)

Enable debug mode and post the mysql error message you recieve when you reproduce the error...

I don't want the debug output. I want the mysql error message you receive when you reproduce the error.
