Cannot find pnCPG config panel
« on: May 12, 2006, 09:33:08 am »

Now, I have the same issue. (but correct version of software.)

I cant find the admin panel to configure pncpg

I am using

PostNuke v 0.7.6.2 (installed via CPanel fantastico)
Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.5 (stable)
pnCPG v3.3

Maybe for a quick fix. Is there a file I can manually edit to configure it? :D

So you copied the files into PostNuke's modules directory, went to PostNuke's system panel, Modules, Regenerate, looked for pnCPG, Install, Activate, and now cannot find the pnCPG config panel?

The default place for non-PostNuke modules is the "3rd-party" tab, but you can change that default to whatever you like.  Check all your tabs I guess.  As long as pnCPG is activated in the modules, it should show its config panel on one of the Admin tabs.

Yes sir. That is correct. I've followed the instructions till that point (where I cannot find the admin panel).
I have checked, and double checked all the tabs.

"
1.  Unzip the contents to your /modules directory.
2.  Copy pnCPG\Coppermine\index_pn.php to your Coppermine root directory. (mandatory)
3.  Initialise & activate the module
4.  Go to the AdminPanel and set the directory of Coppermine
"

Stuck at step 4.

....

I am extremely sorry. I found the problem. I have a module named coppermine (not sure where that came from). Now that was activated. But not pncpg!

I recommend an edit to the readme.

"3.  Initialise & activate the module named "pncpg". Not coppermine.

Thank you for your time!
