Can't upload files

Sorry don't know if I did this right But this is the first time I ever used a message board. I am having trouble trying to upload files and this is the message I get.

  • mind capitalization, http://www.mytdred.net/guestimages/index.php doesn't equal http://www.mytdred.net/guestimages/Index.php
  • Do as suggested in Documentation: Upload troubleshooting
