$5 seems a bit exagerated to me - why not offer a free meal for the person who's ready to do this for you ? Of course the freelancer would have to travel to the place where you live to get that free meal. I understand that $5 can be very much (depending on the country you come from), but for North American and European standards it's not enough to pay the bill. If you prefer giving the free hosting to the supporter, you should post more details what features the hosting package has.
You should specify which of the the existing PayPal hacks you need, and you should post a link to your page: with poor payment it'll be hard to find a freelancer who will be ready to do the job, you should at least post as much information as needed.
I suggest reviewing the PayPal mods on the mods board and applying them by yourself anyway, shouldn't be too hard.
