Got Karma?

I am looking for an individual that has +Karma for an install and customizing to start with.
The customizing is really just placing logo, modifying theme, maybe a paypal mod and utilizing your knowledge and talents of Coppermine to enhance my site .

I would like to develop a relationship with someone that I can hire to do admin work on an as needed basis. Like I need to upgrade a CMG I have and back up database. What I would like to do is send $100.00 retainer.  Deduct from this 100 services rendered as we go forward. Interested in any and all comments.

p.s. the 100.00 is just to start, I dont want anyone to think that it's for all the work ;)
