Fatal error - help please

Hi,
I have an album created a;ready had no problems now i have tried to upload a second album andi get the following error any ideas anyone???

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8064 bytes) in /home/cpsimaginfo/public_html/cpg145/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 260
