Pics Won't Enlarge

My recent uploads will not enlarge past intermediate size.  You get broken link graphic.  All my older uploads prior to 3 weeks ago are fine.  Thumbs are 100 px., intermediate is 350 px. and actual size is 700 px.

My host has been looking into this for a week and I still don't have an answer.  My project is on hold until they figure out why this has started happening recently.  I don't create the links, the program does.
