I UPLOAD FILE AND... ?

What i must edit in CONFIG, if i want upload photos... big photos... because i upload photo in width 1000 and height 1504 and when upload, i see: this file is exc... i dont remember, and 0 files is send... what edit in config i must?

I upload file which have 1000 pixels width, and write: this file is too big... what i must edit in config, if i want upload it?
