Home page thumbs - user gallery
« on: May 02, 2006, 02:17:36 pm »

I am setting up a gallery for my art federation.

I want:

All thumbnails in a category to display on the front page

I not been able to figure out how to get all the user galleries to display on the font page (index.php): http://kifa.us/gallery/
basically I want it to look like:http://kifa.us/gallery/index.php?cat=1 with each artist's thumbs on the front page.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you so much.

Impossible out-of-the-box. Would need a lot of hacking and would clutter your start page. Not recommended. Don't post debug output unless requested.

Yes, I may need a PHP mentor to work me through the hack...

Speaking of which I do need some PHP programmers for hire on projects from time to time. Can someone PM me with contact info please?

there's a board named "looking for freelancers", start a separate thread there if you want to hire someone. I doubt that you'll get overwhelming feedback without at least posting your budget and what you need to see coded there. Read the sticky thread first.
