已经推出1.4.5了,能翻译个中文升级教程吗?

安装比较容易,不过刚看了下升级的方法,由与本人英文很烂,看起来复杂了点,有人能帮忙翻译下吗??

或者写个更简洁的教程.. ;)

不需要教程吧, 下載 1.4.5 然後覆蓋舊的檔案, 記得備份你改過的檔案, 然後執行 upgrade.php 就可以了
