If someone register an account, for some reson it gets activated by Admin, or by somone who presses the link out of couriosity, and user will press Acivation link he hets a message

"This account can't be activated !"

In fact it scares people avay, does not explain the real status of the account.

I suggest, if it is a case, to replace this messge with

"This acount has been activated already. Please login using your youer name and password. Forgot a password of user name, press here."
