How does one undo the folowing error message, if one *IS* the administrator?

"You are currently banned from using this site"

How silly that the admin is able to be locked out .......

this is a temporary ban that is designed to harden your gallery against brute-force attacks, so it's a feature and not silly. It comes from the fact that you tried to log in several times in short succession unsuccessfully as suggested on the other thread you started.
The ban will go away on it's own.

I have same problem,i was wondering to know how long it will take to get unbanned or there is other way to get unbanned.

you can set the time in
config -> User settings -> Duration of a temporary ban after failed logins
config -> User settings ->Number of failed login attempts until temporary ban (to avoid brute force attacks)
