ok, i am running creloaded (oscommerce + lots of contribs)

i would like to run a modified subsilver template, inside of my oscommerce.

my domain is installed at   mydomain.com
my CPG is installed at   mydomain.com/photogallery

when i import the code from cpgROOT/index.htm into my creloaded  ....every thing comes up as static html. 

how do i make it come up dynamic ?
