Allow users to upload to public albums - I need help!

What are the steps that need to be taken to allow users of a group I have called "keepinitwheel" to upload to an album I have set aside for them similarly called "Keepin' It Wheel"? They keep getting "you have no permission to upload to public albums" when trying to upload files.

I can't assign albums to a group though:

"This group has no special access"

Please read more careful...
login as admin, make sure you're in admin mode
next to an album click 'properties'

scroll down and find 'Visitors can upload files' and behind it click 'yes'
click 'update album'

Each group that you allowed to upload can now upload into that album
