Is safe upgrade?

Hello, i have the 1.4.3 version and i want to upgrade to 1.4.5 but, i'm using the DB of my phpb forum (i made the bridge with my 1.4.3) so i want to know if i can upgrade my version or i need make something more x.x thanks beforehand.
