Images not uploading

Ok, I am not sure what I did but for some reason the images are not uploading anymore.

I keep getting the following message

"Destination directory modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/ is not writable by the script!"

Other members of the site have been saying that they are having the same problem...

What am I doing wrong?

Scratch this did a search and found my answer.

Dont worry I will also upgrade.
