first of, did you install coppermine correctly from the beginning,

if you don't install coppermine correctly, it won't let you upload your pictures into coppermine

are you running your own server, or is somebody hosting for you?

someone else is hosting it for me and its been fine for a few months now.  But all of a sudden it doesnt let anyone upload anything.

Now it says this in debug mode:
Critical error
Destination directory albums/userpics/10001/ is not writable by the script !
