files size is limited

I have uploaded and mapped some pic smaller then 1 meg to my gallerie. Since I want to display larger pic I have increase the size file and pixles in config tab, but it does not let me to  add uploaded files to my album. Any suggestions?

Please RTFM: max filesize is set for each usergroup.  Look in the groups panel.

Sorry. I am quite novice. What is RTFM?
I change the quota and increased the file upload boxes and set the upload method to variable. It still did not help

how big are your files?
- php it self has a limit for upload (if you using http upload)
- after all you may experiance some request timeout

my file size is 1900 kb. I have uploaded the file to the server. There was no problem there I can not use batch and file to connect it to an album that I have defined. It works fine with file with a file size of 22 kb. I do not get any error messages in say however the OK sign does not show up and instead I get just an X wich indicates the file has not be connected to my album.
