Upload Problem *SOLVED* -->Safe Mode ON Problem

When upload images i don't see images in the album. In the upload page i don't see the thumb image.
In the album\edit  I see files like mHTTP_temp_182d37e0.jpg but It seems that is not able to reduce images.
I try chmod 755 or 777 but nothing good.
Any ideas?
