How to change the order for a new album?
« on: April 09, 2006, 07:39:26 pm »

Hi All,

As I currently have about 100 different albums online (witch I want the most recent album to be viewed in the left up osition) everytime I create a new album i have to click 100 times to get it swifted to the top.
I hoped by upgrading to 1.4.4 there would be a button to have a new album being placed on top instead of the bottom of the list.
Is there anybody who knows how to solve this before my fingers will fall of my body from RSI?  ;D (maybe a simple hack in a line of text?)
Best regards from someone that's very happy having running CPG 144 smoothly with a backup of 1.2GB and 825K views.

Update: I see that when uploading new files to an existing album I see that the dir list is now luckily in alpabetical order witch is also a big step forward!

You shouldn't have 100+ albums within the root category. Create a nice category structure and move your albums into them. This will make organizing the albums within a certain cat a whole lot easier.
