Missing users in 'User galleries'

On our site, we've got six users who have galleries. But, only two of these users are showing up in 'User galleries'! This just happened one day for no apparent reason. The site is here;

And you see two users here, 'jsimon' and 'Marc Palink'

But if you go here

You can see one of our other users 'ernst heins' who *doesn't* appear in 'User galleries'. How can we get the missing users back into 'User galleries'?

Er, do you mean update to a newer version? We're on 1.4.2 (stable).
