How can I change the footer?

I want to change the footer for the hard wired theme. I could do it on the last version, but I can't now for  some reason. I just need it to link back to my homepage.

I'd search the documenation or this forum for "footer". I think you'll find something about setting a link in the config>theme settings.  :-\
