i installed coppermine and it said everything installed correctly, but when i try to go to the gallery to login, i get the following fatal error:

Fatal error: cpg_udb(): Failed opening required '/conf_global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/l/a/u/laurlex/html/ashlee/gallery/bridge/coppermine.inc.php on line 38

i've never had any issues installing coppermine before, so any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.

Reupload the files, maybe something got corrupted.
