Yet another: Impossible to move

I have read the FAQ & Uploading pages, and done was suggested, but I'm still having errors.
When I turned debugging on the error changed to;
"The selected album/file does not exist !

File: /home/zionlibe/public_html/RSI_Captures/include/functions.inc.php - Line: 1308 "

But I couldn't find anything that helped relating to this output.
