Wrong file size after upload with WPW
« on: March 29, 2006, 02:39:11 pm »

I have an installation of Coppermine 1.4.3 (with the hotfix) where I have configured Coppermine to resize the images to a maximum of 700 pixels atuomatically.  If users upload files to using Coppermine's own upload form, no problem.  If they use the web publishing wizard and it resizes images en route, again no problem (*I think*), but if they use the web publishing wizard and opt not to resize en route, then coppermine seems set the file size as the original file size, which is often way too large.

This is fixable, but it means that the admin has to go in regularly and reset file details, or else users will hit their limits all too frequently.

Is this a bug, or have I misunderstood something?
