Fehlermeldung Dateigröße

Bekomme beim Upload immer die fehlermeldung, das die Datei größer ist als Coppermine-Einstellungen.
Habe bei den Einstellungen nur die größe von einer einzelnen Datei gefunen. Ist das Upload nochmal pro user begrenzt und kann ich das irgedwo aufheben?
