i tried from my admin account and from my regular member account and both times when I tried to rate a user's picture it just refreshed the page basically and the rating doesn't get recorded.

works fine for me - I rated http://cannabishq.com/cop/displayimage.php?pos=-24 with three stars, which displays just fine.

Depends if you allow them to on the groups page.

On the groups page i have it set so admins can rate.  But i still cannot rate 

I tried logging in as a normal user account and it didnt work, and i tried as a guest and it didnt work.

Could it be because i'm using Mozilla Firefox?
