Categories displayed like albums - more than one in a row

I wish I could just lose number of files/albums per category and be able to have 2-3 categories (with thumbnail) displayed in a row
As I have a limited number of categories (<9) I would be able to display all the categories on one screen at 1024x768+ resolution

both issues are not valid feature requests, as they won't go into future versions of coppermine. There are explanations how you can accomplish what you're up to.
