need help changing font size

i would like my sites regular navigation bar (home, community...etc) to be verdana 12 just like it is on the community page and the home page, etc. (http://www.cannabishq.com)

as well as the gallery's nav bar (@, album list, last uploads, etc) to be verdana 12.

http://cannabishq.com/cop/index.php  <-- you will see both nav bars with the wrong font size.

i managed to get the gallery perfectly integrated into my site but i cannot figure out how to change those two nav bars font sizes.
