Allowing users to Batch Add - Solved -

Is there a way to allow users the option to Batch add pictures? I will have family members adding twenty or thirty pictures each time, and it will take forever with the file upload boxes. Thanks for all replies.

no, batch-add is admin-only, as it requires FTP access. Giving FTP access to your users would be a great security threat to your entire server, that's why regular you mustn't grant them this priviledge and therefor users can't batch-add. There are however alternative upload methods like xp_publisher, jupload, gallery remote etc.

I would only be giving FTP access to immediate family members, so I am not worried about the security threat. Where can I find the alternative upload methods mentioned and which ones do you recommend/work best with coppermine?
