having to scroll over to see all albums

Hello

I need help on my albums.   If you look at my website www.rybphotography.com  you will see only one row unless you scroll over to see what else is avaiable.  I would like it so when you go to the website both rows pop up, so you want have to scroll over to see all albums.

I hope I explained this right.
