After I upload a picture ( 1024*768 , 164KB , JPEG )  by "http" ,
no matter what link i hit list below it return a err message like
this: "Critical error - There was an error while processing a database query" :

Increase the size of the field for EXIF data in your database. Find the table cpg144_exif and adjust the field exifData from TEXT to MEDIUMTEXT.

Can anyone teach me What is the "exif Data" ?

There is just the same err message after I change the field "exifData" to MEDIUMTEXT even LONGTEXT !

I upload a lot of pics by browser or windows file manager and then use "batch add files" to insert pics to DATABASE .
All of these process are ok except that pics in my first post here.

Would anyone please test this pic for me?

disable exif in coppermine's config if you don't need it and if you have no idea what it is.
Don't post debug_output unless requested. I told you not to post debug_output, but yet you did
