Random image from coppermine

Please explain me like to an idiot.
My site is in /web (in root) , coppermine is in /gallery .
My site is php nuke based.
I want only to display few random (or last added ) pictures  in phpnuke block of my site.
pls tell me how to do this

phpnuke goes completely, utterly unsupported. We have no idea how it works. Thu must have overlooked the fact that you're using phpnuke. CPMfetch can't be used with nuke, but only with standalone coppermine. Moving this thread accordingly. Read the stickies on the sub-board I'm moving your thread to.
