How to make users have the same login for phpbb and gallery

So is it possible? And how to make users stay logged in on gallery after logging into phpbb or site?

Take a look at the readme that comes with coppermine, and refer to the thread phpBB integration: solution for login/logout issue...

GauGau,

Having looked at the readme i notice that if i was to integrate my newly installed (and not yet used) PHPBB board I would lose all of my users from coppermine.

I'd really like to accomplish this without losing my exisiting users. Is there any way to do this? Obviously I can modify PHPBB with no worries but don't want to have to re-add 30 odd users just for integration purposes.

this is the deprecated cpg1.2.x support board that exists only for reference. No new questions. Strictly no thread hijacking. Locked.
