Greetings,

I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to create this great Car Garage gallery, using CPG or modify it to be as this car garage gallery.

Sample: Car Garage

I don't get the point: what exactly are you requesting? Do you want someone to set up coppermine for you? How is this related to feature requests?

Well basically, I would like a car garage gallery.  Where users are able to specify which modifications they have done to their car and apply these mods to their gallery.

Example:
tangina337 gallery:
 sub gallery 1: exterior pictures
 sub gallery 2: interior
 sub gallery 3: engine modifications
 sub gallery 4: other mods

That would be for each user and for each gallery, they would be able to specify what mod they have done and costs for each mod.  I hope that is more clear.

so it's merely a matter how you label your categories, sub-categories and albums...
I suggest you allow your visitors to upload to some album, enable admin approval and move the pics to a category/album that applies...
