Ok weird one,,,, Ok when I go to look at my users I can't see all of them.  I went to mod one of the users and I don't see him on the list,  I try to create the same member and can't be added because he is already there once again I can't see him on the list. To further add insult I can't add any groups either. When I try to add them they come up blank. Whats the deal....?

If posted in the wrong sections I am sorry. You guys are hard on folks that do that.

Was that what you needed.   Remember the users exist but I cant edit them becasue I cant see them. Try to add this user tone5 and it will tell you it already exist. Thanks for you help.

upgrade to cpg1.4.3 as a first step (may or may not cure your issue)

Ok upgraded to newest version. I still have the same problem. I can't see all of my users, and if I try to add someone I dont see on the list  it tells me that that it exist already. I can't mod it becasue I cant see it. I search for it but I can't find it.

Try tone5 as user password tone5, when you seach from him, you cant find him. He can log in though

No you can log in with it,(tone5 & tone5) but if you look at the members list, can't find him and if you search for him can't find him. Can't add him to any groups that I made becasue of that. And there are many people not shoiwng on the list that are there.

Check the group table in the database using phpmyadmin.

go to your SQL data base and fine the database for your gallelry.
on the left side where it lists all the tables go to "cpg143_users)
double click on it so that the table comes up in the right side view.
go to top menu tabs and click browse
you should get a list of all your users that are in the database.

First highlight the page and printl.  so that you have a list of all your users.  Or click File in your browser and save page  as and save as Web page complete.  This will save a copy of the page to your computer to where ever you put it.

then  look and see if there are users names in the database that are not in the gallery "users"
If there are just delete them (click the red x on the left side of the  user_id collumn for that user) and start again with registering the users.  If you printed or saved the database page then you will have their name and e-mail and can reassign a temp password that you can give to them.

Webfairy you were correct, I had to delete each and everyone of the users and add the back in. Glad it was only 32 folks and copy paste works really well. Next step is to bridge my databases. So I might call you again.
