Should you delete install.php
« on: February 22, 2006, 08:01:28 pm »

I have successfully incorporated another cms database driven script in with Coppermine. This other cms mandates that once installation is successful that the user immediately delete their install.php file. Does this need to be done with Coppermine?

Thanks

I tried to delete this post, but realized I couldn't, so to help others who might have similar questions about the security factor when leaving install.php on your server, go here:
