error batch uploading

when i try to batch upload some new pics im getting this error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/attention/domains/attentionseekerz.co.uk/public_html/gallery/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 259


any ideas ?
