Switching hosting service

I'm switching web hosting services and want to move my installation of CPG 1.4.2 to the new host, is there any steps for doing that already covered somewhere? I couldn't find it. I have lots of keywording done, so dont want to loose all that effort. Any help would be appreciated.

Move the files
Move the database
Edit include/config.inc.php
Edit the config settings for gallery url, smtp etc.
