1. this is the error that admin and user gets went ever they click "Upload files":

ok #1 is fixed---I reuploaded the "Upload.php" file


2. user made 2 albums( no files yet) and admin can not see them at all.  Permissions set properly

when admin goes in as that user the albums are there but when editing mode can not change catagory. 

So far alot of work for nothing.  nice program if it would work right.  My host offers your gallery but it is the 1.3 and I wanted the upgrade so I downloaded and up  loaded it.  The 1.3 works well but can't seem to get the 1.4 to perform correctly

You can't move a user gallery to another category.  There is nothing wrong; that's expected behavior.
