Just to follow up on this. I setup an email server and used the SMTP settings instead of sendmail and it works perfectly.

There deffinately seems to be a problem using sendmail at the moment.

I tried SMTP settings with no change, but I suspect I didn't set them properly as I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to SMTP. I followed the instructions from my host, was hoping like you that a solution or an acknowledgement of the problem would be posted. I've tried all methods now, perhaps it's time to bottom out the SMTP see if that solves the prob.
