Is there a way to change author?

Under the thumbnails (and maybe other places?) it says who the person is who uploaded the pic.  Can it be changed?  In this case, the guy got edgy because he used his full name as username.  I deleted his account (phpBB bridged), but the pics remain with his full name username.  I don't want to delete them if I don't have to, can I just change the author/username somehow?  Thanks.

I think you will need to use phpmyadmin to edit the database entries.
