Zip download - Error: Zero Sized Reply

Hi Folks,
Iam getting an error page when trying to download my favorites as a zip file. It says: Zero Sized Reply
. I have checked that zlib is installed and enabled. Any suggestions please.

how about posting a link and non-admin account, preferably with debug_mode enabled for everyone?
