Batch File Upload does not move files to user folder?
« on: February 13, 2006, 12:13:54 am »

I've created a temporary folder "uploaded_files" under albums, FTP uploaded, and then did the batch upload to a user's album.  When it was done, everything looks good.  But, I noticed in the temporary folder I've created, the original files are still there and all the intermidiate and thumbnails were created in it instead of the user's directory.  Is this normal?

I would think it would be more logical to move the files from "uploaded_files" to the users's directory on completion of batch upload.  If this isn't the case, how can I make it do so?

Batch upload doesn't ever move files about. Batch adding into a user's album is not recommended.

I made the same assumtion and used the uploads folder to put pics into.
now I put a folder full of pics into the uploads folder.
I want to clean up the actual uploads folder by putting the loose pics into a folder also.
How can I do this so that CPG understands what happened to the photos?
