Large File Upload
« on: February 07, 2006, 10:04:10 pm »

Hello,

I have been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why I can't upload a larger file.  PHP keeps reporting a negative integer in the [MAX_FILE_SIZE] => -1819869184 and I have played with all the php.ini settings I can find.

If you have the opportunity take a look, I have the debug turned on:

user: test
pwd: test

Thanks for any input.

What have you set the filesize limit to in config ? You will have problems if you set it absurdly high.

Forgive my ignorance all the settings we are talking about are in php.ini correct? If so the only lines I have changed are:

memory_limit = 8M
post_max_size = 6M
upload_max_filesize = 8M

I was trying to follow the FAQ and I have tried so many combinations I may have blown the config to shreds.

Thanks for the quick replies.

Look on Coppermine's config page for the setting 'Max size for uploaded files'.
