displayimage.php error

i was trying to disable unregistered members from viewing pictures and i got

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_meta_album_set() in /home/lalaiq24/public_html/gallery/displayimage.php on line 248

then i re-dl cpg1.4 and replaced my displayimage.php file with the original displayimage.php file. still it get the same message

You are running 1.3. If you replace displayimage.php with a 1.4 version then such errors are to be expected.
