this appears after i followed the instructions about "THE PREVIOUS FILE COULDNT BE PLACED"
what should i do?

Try uploading a valid image instead. If you think the image is valid then lets see it.

then do as Nibbler suggested and attach it to your posting here (using additional options when composing your message). Another good idea would be to do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.
