Can't seem to change the menu lists color

Hello, I am new to coppermine, and I was wondering if you guys could help me real quick.   I am able to change all the background colors and such from the main template.html, but I cant seem to change the background color of the "category" section.  Here is a picture to show what I mean.

So how do I change the title bar of the category view   and also the background for the each individual album.   
Any help would be appriciated.  Thanks!   

Also this is my first post, I hope im in the correct section.     Nice to be here!

That would be the css classes .tableh1 and .tableb
