How can I active comments for everyone?

Hi,

I upgarded the coppermine script from 1.3 to 1.4 and in previous version there was an option for activate ro inactivate comments for nonregistered visitors, but in this version I cannot find that option.
anybody can help me about it?

try admin menu -> groups
please read the manual for more info
