I can create new category directly.

Sometimes, when I edit the existing category, it cannot load the "Category thumbnail" and the submit buttom.

In Case:
Image over 200 or more.......................

leave notices turned off if they don't mean anything to you. Post your actual question instead, not sure what you're asking. A link to your site might help as well.
